Six young foreign nationals were injured on Thursday around 2 pm near the Punta Christo fortress in Štinjan, near Pula, after part of the roof of a bunker collapsed. The group, all in their twenties, was on the site when the structure gave way. Part of the group fell into the bunker from a height of approximately two meters. The head of Pula General Hospital, Dr. Andrej Angelini, confirmed six people were injured. Four were transported to Pula General Hospital, while two were released home after medical treatment, and two remained under further observation. Emergency services responded to the scene, and police are investigating the incident to determine the circumstances of the collapse.
