Authorities have identified a man suspected of starting the fire. Around midnight, firefighters announced the arrest of a 76-year-old man who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. He admitted that sparks generated by his reckless driving caused the fire. The man will be questioned by prosecutors later on Sunday.
