The updated app allows affiliated individuals to access key digital services, including prescription records, medical history, medication information, and direct entry into APROSS's telemedicine service, all from the main screen of the app. This enhancement aims to streamline healthcare management and improve user experience through greater accessibility and security. The latest version of the app includes a complete redesign with improved navigation, making it easier for users to find the information they need quickly. Alongside these interface improvements, the app now features a digital credential for both the user and their family members, a security token for validating medical services, and expanded access to telemedicine options. Users can also review prescribed medications, check their consultation history, and obtain detailed information about administrative procedures and drugs. The app continues to evolve as APROSS integrates more services into a single platform, reinforcing its role as the primary digital tool for provincial health insurance. Key features include the digital credential for the affiliated individual and their family group, the security token used to validate medical services, access to telemedicine, the ability to view prescriptions, access to a record of consultations and medical services, and information regarding administrative processes and medications. This upgrade is part of APROSS’s ongoing effort to modernize its operations and provide closer, safer, and more accessible healthcare services. The app is available for free download on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. It supports Android devices running version 5.0 or higher, meaning users don’t necessarily need the latest smartphone models to benefit from the app. To complete the installation process, users must verify their identity via APROSS’s Self-Management Portal using CiDi Level 2, a measure aimed at protecting personal data and ensuring secure transactions. The digital credential included in the app contains the user’s personal information, a QR code, and a dynamic six-digit code that updates periodically, offering enhanced security for identification and access to medical services.
