Stojanov optužen za širenje povjerljivih informacija

Deputy from DPS Kalin Stoynov accused his colleague from DB Ivaylo Mirtchev of leaking classified information during a parliamentary debate on selecting the head of NZOK. Stoynov claimed that Mirtchev revealed details from documents or reports that were still under the National Assembly’s administration, which he argued was illegal under the Criminal Code. Stoynov stated that Mirtchev should explain how he obtained this information and why he chose to disclose it. He has already submitted the case to the Bulgarian and European Prosecutors' Office and plans to file a formal complaint with the head prosecutor, the chairman of DANs, and the State Commission for the Protection of Classified Information.
