Predsjednik parlamentarnog odbora za gospodarstvo, rad i sport, Robert Potnik, odlučio je da ne sazove hitnu sjednicu odbora na zahtjev parlamentarnih skupina Ljevica, Vesna i Sloboda.
Kao odgovor na podneseni zahtjev za hitnu sjednicu u vezi s navodnim kontroverznim poslovnim praksama koje uključuju Mijiča, Potnik je objasnio da, iako zahtjev uključuje elemente koji se odnose na ekonomiju i rad, njegov glavni fokus leži na individualnom ponašanju i etičkoj ili političkoj odgovornosti određenog zastupnika, a ne na sustavnim pitanjima unutar područja djelovanja odbora.
