The Financial Agency (Fina) has awarded the Golden Balances to the most successful Croatian companies of 2024. This year’s awards were presented under the patronage of the Government of the Republic of Croatia. A total of ten Golden Balances were awarded to companies that met strict financial criteria, such as profitability, debt management, operational efficiency, and market reputation. Over 3,757 companies out of 166,052 submitted financial reports and qualified for the competition. Notable winners include Končar-D&ST in the category of the most successful large enterprise, Tvornica Stočne Hrane from Čakovec for the most successful medium-sized company, Colas Mineral from Varaždin for the most successful small company, and Zagrebka Banka for the most successful bank.
Na svečanosti održanoj u hotelu Esplanade u Zagrebu, Financijska agencija (Fina) objavila je dobitnike svojih prestižnih nagrada Zlatna ravnoteža, prepoznajući najuspješnije hrvatske tvrtke za njihova poslovna postignuća u 2024. godine.
Natjecanje je privuklo značajan broj sudionika, a 3.757 tvrtki ispunilo je kriterije za sudjelovanje na natjecanju. Ove tvrtke odabrane su od ukupno 166.052 tvrtki koje su dostavile svoje godišnje financijske izvještaje za 2024. Proces selekcije temeljio se na sveobuhvatnoj metodologiji koju je razvila Fina, koja ocjenjuje ukupno financijsko zdravlje svake tvrtke.
Među istaknutim pobjednicima, Končar - Distributivni i specijalni transformatori proglašen je najuspješnijom velikom tvrtkom. Ovo priznanje naglašava snažne rezultate tvrtke u području distribucije i specijalnih transformatora, kritičnog sektora unutar šire energetske industrije.
U kategoriji najbrže rastuće tvrtke, SATO iz Zaboka dobio je priznanje, što ukazuje na izvanredno širenje poslovanja tijekom godine. NEXE iz Našica nagrađen je kao najuspješnija tvrtka s kontinuiranim poslovnim djelovanjem, što odražava njegovu dugoročnu stabilnost i dosljednu izvedbu. Zagrebačka banka proglašena je najuspješnijom bankom, naglašavajući njeno vodstvo u financijskom sektoru. U poljoprivrednom sektoru, Koka iz Varazdina osvojila je Zlatnu ravnotežu za najuspješniju poljoprivrednu tvrtku.
U međuvremenu je Turisthotel iz Zdra zauzeo prvo mjesto u turističkoj industriji, a Belupo iz Kopřivnice prepoznat je kao najuspješnija proizvodna tvrtka.
Ove nagrade ne služe samo kao svjedočanstvo o dostignućima tvrtki, nego i kao mjerilo za druga poduzeća koja imaju za cilj da se istaknu u svojim područjima.
