The arrest was carried out by federal and municipal law enforcement agencies, including personnel from the Secretariat of Public Security (SSPC), the Federal Investigation Agency (PDI), and the Office of the Attorney General of the Capital. The suspect, identified as Iván “N,” was apprehended in the Villa Milpa Alta neighborhood. During the operation, officers discovered 40 doses of marijuana, 20 doses of cocaine, cash, a mobile phone, a delivery-style backpack, and a scooter. He was informed of his rights and placed under the custody of a prosecutor, who will continue the investigation into his legal status. According to officials, Iván “N” is believed to be connected to the disappearance and subsequent killing of the two American nationals.
