Une Slovène arrêtée lors d'un transport de migrants se retrouve entre les mains de la police

The Slovenian police, specifically the Pazin police station in Croatia, conducted a criminal investigation against a 38-year-old Slovenian citizen suspected of facilitating illegal migration. On July 3rd in the evening, officers stopped the man while he was transporting migrants to a prearranged location in the area of Buzet. The suspect was driving a car with Croatian license plates, and during the inspection, authorities discovered that he was transporting foreign nationals who had illegally entered Croatia. Following the forensic examination, prosecutors confirmed the suspicion that the man had committed the crime of enabling unlawful entry, movement, and residence in Croatia, a member state of the European Union or a Schengen signatory country. A criminal complaint has been filed with the competent state prosecutor’s office, while the police handle the foreign nationals according to the law on foreigners.
