BEIJING, CHINA - The 43rd "Baidui Cup" Football Tournament concluded in Beijing on 31 August 2026, marking another milestone in China’s youth football landscape. The event, which began in 1984, drew over 20,000 young players from 1,481 teams, setting a new record for participation. The tournament introduced a groundbreaking "two-track" system, dividing competitors into Popularization and Competitive groups, a move designed to better serve both casual enthusiasts and aspiring professionals.
