LTFRB warning: No vlogging while driving

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) in the Philippines has issued a warning to public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers prohibiting them from vlogging or creating content while operating their vehicles. This directive reinforces the provisions of the Anti-Distracted Driving Act, which bans activities like using mobile devices, watching videos, or engaging in social media while driving. The LTFRB emphasized that such actions pose significant risks to passenger and road user safety, and violators face a fine of PHP 5,000. While the regulation targets PUV drivers, it does not apply to private content creators, such as automotive reviewers, who are outside the LTFRB's jurisdiction.
