This increase is attributed to the Junin seasonality combined with early supply chain preparations for the World Cup, which concentrated part of the volume between May and the first ten days of June. The distribution center in Extrema, Minas Gerais, is the main hub of this operation and is expected to handle over 1,200 tons per day. Demand is driven by traditional products such as potato chips, farofa, and derivatives of corn and peanuts. To support the increased volume, the fleet dedicated to operations in Extrema could expand up to four times during peak periods, with expectations of up to 120 vehicles circulating daily, compared to an average of 35 vehicles outside of seasonal periods. Additionally, 150 temporary workers were hired for a period of 60 days to sustain the operation during the busiest time.
