SloveniaThe article reports on the final evening of a five-day international folklore festival held in Maribor, featuring performances by groups from Bolivia, Poland, Puerto Rico, North Macedonia, Uzbekistan, Kopaonik, and local participants from the Academic Folklore Group Študent. The event showcased diverse cultural traditions, including Andean influences from Bolivia’s Bafopaz group, Caribbean rhythms from Puerto Rican ensemble Guamanique, Asian representations by Uzbekistan’s Bukhorcha state ensemble, and European traditions from Polish group Krakus and folklorists from North Macedonia and Kopaonik. The Maribor community filled the venue to capacity throughout the event.
