In response to these findings, Calama has formally charged both daughters as suspects in the case, citing their official roles as administrators of Whathefav. He explained that their positions within the company placed them directly involved in the handling of funds connected to Zapatero’s alleged misuse of public resources. The judge highlighted that the company functioned as an “instrumental entity,” facilitating the flow of money through its structure and contributing to the concealment of financial operations.
