A robotic spacecraft named LINK was launched on an unusual rescue mission to save NASA's Swift telescope from falling back to Earth. The Swift telescope, launched in 2004, has descended to a dangerously low orbit due to recent solar storms, dropping from 600 kilometers to approximately 360 kilometers above Earth.
