There were significant disparities across different regions and ministries, with some areas receiving as little as 5,000 dinars for 12 proposals. Additionally, 34 decisions did not specify honorarium amounts, and 12 decisions were not published on the Unified Information System (JIS) or the websites of the relevant authorities.
