British prosecutors revealed that the new accusations stem from four additional victims whose claims came to light following evidence obtained by police in Bedfordshire. These allegations cover a period from 2010 to 2017 and include rape, assault, trafficking, and offenses related to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. The Tates are already charged with rape, bodily harm, human trafficking, and controlling prostitution for gain concerning three other accusers in the UK between 2012 and 2015. In 2016, the brothers relocated to Romania, where they were arrested in 2022 over allegations of participating in schemes to entice women into sexual exploitation. They denied these accusations, and the case has stalled due to legal complications. Restrictions on their travel were eased last year, allowing them to move to Florida. Throughout their careers, the Tates have consistently denied all allegations of abuse and human trafficking. They argue that their inflammatory rhetoric regarding gender roles and violence has often been misinterpreted or presented out of context.
