Fifteen folk dance ensembles from Razgrad and Targovishte regions participated in the fifteenth Kapan Folklore Festival held in the village of Gecovo. The event was organized by the Municipality of Razgrad, the local administration of Gecovo, the Regional Expert Advisory and Information Center 'Chitalishta' Razgrad, and the National Chitalishta 'Prosveshchenie-1883'. Attendees received medals and certificates for their participation, and Deputy Mayor Zornitsa Evgenieva thanked them for preserving and reviving traditional folklore. The festival featured performances by renowned folk artist Zdravko Mandadzhiyev, who invited the audience to join in traditional Bulgarian circle dances.
