TikToker Elizabeth "Jarvis" Amadou and streamer Habeeb "Peller" Hamzat have shared their perspectives on maintaining fidelity in their relationship, emphasizing spiritual commitments and personal trauma. The pair, set to marry in a traditional ceremony in Benin City, Edo State, on 1 August 2026, discussed their views during an episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, which was released on YouTube on Monday. Jarvis explained that both she and Peller believe they are protected from infidelity due to a spiritual bond. When asked directly if they had ever cheated on one another, she responded firmly that such actions would result in dire consequences. "We haven’t cheated on each other," she said. "Anybody who cheats will die; that is the rule of the relationship." She elaborated that their commitment is reinforced through prayer and divine involvement. "If anyone decides to do otherwise, God won’t just be looking. Personally, I will curse that person," she claimed. Even if God were to forgive, she insisted, she would not. "The reassurance is there. We love each other, the commitment is there, and there is no reason for either of us to cheat." Peller, meanwhile, described how he proposed a blood covenant to Jarvis, though she declined the idea. He noted that she refused because she had seen similar practices on TikTok. "The only blood covenant we have is with God," he said. This spiritual bond, he argued, forms the foundation of their relationship's strength. In addition to discussing their commitment, Peller revealed a deeply troubling childhood experience. At age 12, he allegedly suffered sexual assault by an older woman. He described the incident occurring at the home of his friend’s mother. "A woman raped me. She molested me. She was 40 years old, and I was twelve years old," he said. He detailed how the woman carried him and inserted his penis into her vagina, causing him to feel something unfamiliar. "I ran away. What she did to me affected me later," he continued. The trauma led to emotional distress, including episodes of uncontrollable erections and tears upon seeing women, which he described as nearly leading to self-harm through excessive masturbation. Peller also mentioned that he feared speaking up about the abuse. "I couldn’t tell my mother because she would beat me. She had always warned me not to go to that house," he said. He expressed regret over not preserving his virginity for his future wife. "I was pained because I could have kept my virginity for my wife." These revelations underscore the complex emotions and challenges the couple faces as they prepare for marriage. Their candidness highlights the intersection of personal history, faith, and relationships. As they move forward, their story continues to unfold, offering insight into the realities of modern relationships shaped by both spiritual conviction and lived experience.
