In the first week of July, the Škorpijon House in Selnica ob Dravi became the center of international motorcycle racing during the Lemon Grid Summer Camp 2026. Over 20 young participants from 13 different countries gathered at the event, which is organized by the Rotaract Club of Kranj in collaboration with the Škorpijon Center for School and Out-of-School Activities. The camp offers a unique opportunity for learning, networking, and gaining experience in professional motorsports. The program includes educational sessions on team organization, engineering, telemetry, data analysis, and the development of race cars, led by experts from the world of professional motorcycle racing. Participants also engage in practical experiences such as go-kart driving, media production, sports photography, and content creation for platforms like YouTube. The event concludes with a visit to the legendary Imola racetrack, where attendees get a behind-the-scenes look at professional racing weekends.
