Un avión no tripulado polaco con un alcance de 1000 km fue probado en Kiev

Polish company FlyFocus has successfully tested a long-range drone called 'Striker' with a range of up to 1000 kilometers. The tests were confirmed by Ukrainian industry portal Militarnyi, highlighting that Ukrainian forces are testing both Western European and Polish solutions. Development began in 2023, driven by experiences from the war in Ukraine and the need for long-range loitering munitions. The project is a joint effort led by FlyFocus, with partners including the Institute of Aviation Technology and other firms. The drone uses either a piston engine or optionally a jet engine, with the latter reducing range due to higher fuel consumption. The drone's maximum range of 1000 km is achieved with a 40 kg warhead, while a heavier 60 kg warhead reduces the range significantly. This reflects a common trade-off in loitering munitions between payload mass and operational range.
