Other notable sales included a basketball jersey worn by Michael Jordan during the 1998 NBA Finals, which went for $10.1 million, and a soccer jersey worn by Argentine great Diego Maradona in the 1986 World Cup quarterfinal against England, which sold for $9.2 million.
