Their actions led to an investigation by SafeWork NSW and resulted in mandatory sexual violence prevention training in pubs and clubs. The collective continues to push for legislative reforms and improved mechanisms for reporting and addressing misconduct. Applications for the Cultural Change Champion award are open to anyone who has developed or supported initiatives aimed at fostering positive workplace cultures. While individuals can submit names for consideration, businesses or organizations must ensure they are based in Australia. The deadline for submitting applications is 5 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2026. A panel of judges comprising editors from the Good Food Guide and experts in workplace culture will review all entries before announcing the winners at the upcoming awards ceremony.
