He also criticized the erosion of republican institutions, including the National Anti-Corruption Office (UIF) and the Office of Transparency and Public Integrity, which he argued have become increasingly ineffective in preventing such abuses. Magioncalda, who holds a degree from the University of Buenos Aires and has worked extensively in public policy, has held several high-profile positions, including serving as legal advisor to the Foundation Apolo, an organization dedicated to combating corruption and promoting political transparency. He is also president of the Civic Association Citizens Free for Institutional Quality and a member of the Reset Republicano movement. His work includes advising lawmakers in Argentina and contributing to anti-corruption initiatives at the national level.
