Youtuber Amir Hadžić ended up in detention: Suspected of psychologically abusing the prosecutor for months

Amir Hadžić, a YouTuber, has been arrested and charged with months of psychological abuse against a prosecutor from the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office and members of their family. The allegations include making degrading and vulgar remarks during live video streams on a social media platform, which were accessible to a large audience. These actions reportedly violated the dignity of the victim and damaged their mental well-being. Additionally, Hadžić is accused of repeatedly posting multimedia content targeting the same individual, intending to intimidate them and create unwanted contact, causing feelings of fear and anxiety. There is also suspicion he made serious threats toward two other individuals via public social media posts, inducing fear for their safety. The investigation is being conducted by the Criminal Police Sector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in collaboration with the Organized and Computer Crime Department and the Gracanica Police Station. After a search of his family home, Hadžić was detained on July 3, 2026, and later handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office after a criminal investigation.
