The Constitutional Court in Pristina rejected all five appeals against the final election results for the assembly of temporary institutions, which were held on June 7th. The appeals came from Srpska Lista, Nova Demokratska Stranka, and two candidates from the Democratic Party of Kosovo. Srpska Lista claimed that the Citizens' Initiative for Freedom, Justice, and Survival had secured a mandate reserved for the Serbian community based on votes in municipalities with an Albanian majority, violating the principle of authentic representation.
