In the village of Sveti Ana, the 15th cooking competition for Slovenian-style sour soup took place during the local festival and Anine Day celebrations. The event was held at the BB Bara courtyard in Froleh. Despite fewer teams participating this year, organizers and attendees were satisfied with the outcome. Teams had to prepare their signature dish using provided ingredients, including pork parts, vegetables, spices, flour, sour cream, and vinegar. A panel of judges, consisting of experts, evaluated the dishes based on organization, hygiene, creativity, taste, and presentation. The winning team, 'Varna hiša Nasova,' was praised for their dedication and traditional approach. All participants received recognition and practical prizes, while the organizers also prepared a large batch of soup for everyone.
