This second incident took place four kilometers away from the previous crash. A woman who was riding in a Chevrolet S10 pickup, alongside three others, died after her vehicle struck the rear of a truck transporting grain. The victim, who was seated in the front passenger seat, was originally from Córdoba. The remaining occupants were uninjured. At the scene, emergency crews including firefighters from Frontera, police officers, and forensic experts from Santa Fe's Police Scientific Department responded. The circumstances surrounding both collisions remain under investigation, with authorities working to establish whether there were contributing factors such as speeding, mechanical failure, or human error. In another tragic incident, a 45-year-old woman named Norma Beatriz Rojas was killed when she was struck by a bus that reversed suddenly in the city center of Moreno. The incident, recorded by security cameras, showed the woman attempting to cross the street at a blind spot when the bus driver decided to reverse to accommodate passengers. She failed to notice the approaching vehicle, resulting in a fatal collision. The bus driver, aged 38, has been charged with negligent homicide, though he has not yet been detained.
