BAAt the Balkan Championships for younger juniors, Srebro Sare Mijanović won silver in the 100m race with a time of 13.51 seconds, finishing behind Turkish winner Tugba Yanilmaz who set a time of 13.42 seconds. Mijanović qualified directly for the final alongside Bosnia and Herzegovina's other representative, Džana Suljić, who finished third in qualifying rounds but ultimately placed fifth in the final with a time of 13.68 seconds. In the shot put event, Mejreme Baručija secured bronze with a distance of 15.47 meters, finishing behind Croatian champion Zare Veltrusk and Turkish athlete Turhan Nidanur. Other Bosnian athletes, including Davud Alić in shot put and Nikola Pavljašević in the 1500m race, narrowly missed medals, placing fourth in their respective events.
