Slovenian courts have begun their one-month summer operation starting today, July 15, 2026. Courts will also issue judicial decisions in other non-urgent cases, although procedural deadlines will not apply in such instances. This detail will be clearly indicated in court documents, cover sheets, or other attached forms accompanying the judicial decision. If a judicial decision was submitted during this period, procedural deadlines will start running the day after the summer session concludes. The submission of land registry proposals and proposals for execution through the COVL system will continue uninterrupted during the summer session.
