Sara Soldati has filed new accusations against Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio, alleging he is withholding their one-year-old daughter and placing her in danger. The claims were made public by Annamaria Bernardini De Pace, the lawyer representing Soldati, who stated that Del Vecchio is currently with the child in Corsica. The allegations come after a formal complaint was submitted to Italian carabinieri in Sardinia, which includes testimony from Kornelia Ski, a former partner of Del Vecchio. According to reports, Ski recorded a video detailing her observations of the child’s care conditions, which she later handed over to authorities in Porto Cervo following a five-hour interview. Kornelia Ski is an American model and social media influencer of Polish descent, born in 2004. She gained popularity through platforms such as TikTok and worked with Ford Models. Recently, she appeared alongside Del Vecchio on his yacht, No Rush, before reportedly ending their relationship. Her past involvement with Leonardo DiCaprio came under media scrutiny a couple of years ago when she attended a New Year's Eve party aboard DiCaprio’s yacht in St. Barts. At the time, she had just turned 18. Now, having returned to New York and presumably parted ways with Del Vecchio, Ski allegedly described inadequate care for the child during her testimony. Soldati appears to seek a review of both custody and financial arrangements regarding the child. This follows two previous complaints she has lodged against Del Vecchio. On July 14, she accused him of unlawfully taking the child away. According to Bernardini De Pace and her colleague Luca Procaccini, Del Vecchio prevented Soldati from retrieving her daughter despite repeated attempts. A second complaint was filed recently, citing private violence, as Del Vecchio allegedly blocked Soldati from being alone with her child. However, the defense team led by Domenico Aiello and Daniela Missaglia refutes these accounts, stating that Soldati refused the opportunity to spend time with her daughter. The alleged incident involving the child occurred when Del Vecchio returned home around six in the morning, waking both Ski and the child. He reportedly gave the infant hot chicken nuggets, causing burns and distress. In the latest complaint, Soldati requests authorities to assess the child’s well-being. An agreement was reportedly signed between the parties, but the lawyers representing Soldati claim it was signed out of fear of losing the child and intend to challenge its validity. Meanwhile, Del Vecchio’s legal representatives emphasize that the agreement remains in effect. The situation has escalated with the submission of the formal complaint to the carabinieri, marking a critical juncture in the ongoing legal battle over custody.
