These skills enable them to understand human behavior and collaborate effectively with their human companions. Laura Cuaya expressed her hope that people will see dogs as emotional beings. These methods include providing mental stimulation, ensuring regular exercise, maintaining a consistent routine, offering affection, and creating a safe environment. Such insights underscore the growing recognition of dogs as emotionally complex creatures capable of nuanced interactions with humans.
