На осталим граничним прилазима, промет протиче са задржавањима од 10 до 30 минута. Ово је повезано са новим системом регистрације путника за Европску унију (ЕЕС), који може довести до дужих задржавања.
На аутобану А-1, дионаца Каканџе – Лашва (дужине 3 км) је затворена, а возила се усмеравају двосмерно, супротном страном аутобане. На дionicama Сарајево запад – Лепеница и Бижача – Потилец (мост Херцеговина), саобраћај је преусмjerен у претицајну трку. На магистралимима Доброг Полје – Милјевина, Тузла – Бијелјина и Јабланика – Блидинје, дозволљен је саобраћај само за возила до 3,5 тона, док је за теретна возила саобраћај обустављен. На магистрали М-5, на граничном прилазу Изаћица – Би хац, изводе се радови на реконструкцији моста над потоком Мризница, а возила се преусмjerавају на привремену обиласницу (байпас) близу радова, наизмjenично. На магистрали Конжица – Јабланика, на Рибићком мосту, изводе се радови на замjenи дилатације, а саобраћај се врши споро, једном трком.
Радови на одржавању инфраструктуре утичу на саобраћај на многим дionicама, што довodi до временских ограничења. На магистрали Кључ – Босански Петровач, на подручју Ланишта, саобраћај се врши наизмjenично једном трком од 7 до 17 часа (осим викенда). У истом региону, на магистрали М-5, радови на реконструкцији моста узрокују промене у саобраћајном реду. Такође, на граничном прилазу Шепак, забрањен је саобраћај за сва теретна возила, што је важно за промет у том региону.
Грађани су упозорени да пажљиво воде возило, узимају паузе и користе сигурносни пояс, особито у топлим условима. Опомен је важан и за других учесника у саобраћају, као што су пешаци и позорници. Промене у саобраћајном реду могу имати последице на време прелаза границе, али и на унутрашњи промет. Због радова на инфраструктуром, промет је нестабilan, а у неким случајевима могуће је дуже задржавање возила на додирним местима.
