A woman who was involved in the horrific murder of Amara Sofić has gone missing and no one knows where she has been for four days.

A woman linked to the brutal killing of Amar Sofić has gone missing, with no one knowing her whereabouts for four days. Bojana Peševska, 33, a Macedonian national, vanished on August 17 while traveling with her minor child in an unknown direction. The police have issued a call for information regarding her location, describing her as wearing a short, wide-shirted top with text, shorts, and tennis shoes. She stands 165 cm tall, has light blue hair, and brown eyes. Her disappearance has raised concerns among authorities and the public. The case involves serious criminal charges against Peševska, who faces accusations of forging documents, fabricating false content, and failing to report a criminal act. These charges stem from her alleged involvement in the death of Amar Sofić, 34, a man from Zenica. According to court records, Peševska was part of a legal proceeding at the District Court in Karlovac, where she sat on the accused’s bench alongside Jura Udorović, 25. Both were charged in connection with Sofić's murder, though they denied their guilt during interrogation. According to the indictment, Udorović struck Sofić multiple times with a wooden object on November 9, 2024, around 5 a.m., causing severe injuries including fractures to his jaw and tongue, along with bleeding from the brain lining. He then left the severely beaten and undressed victim in the river Kupa, where he drowned. Evidence suggests that Udorović had previously given Sofić drugs mixed into alcoholic drinks, rendering him unconscious and reducing his ability to resist. Peševska, meanwhile, allegedly took advantage of the situation by claiming ownership of Sofić’s BMW Series 3 through a fabricated purchase agreement, despite knowing that Sofić had been killed and had not signed such a document. She later went to the technical inspection station to transfer the vehicle registration to her name. This action further complicates the legal proceedings against her. During police interrogations, Udorović described the events leading to Sofić’s death. He claimed that he and Sofić had consumed alcohol and taken cocaine in Bojanin’s apartment before going to the river. They both stripped naked and jumped into the water, where the temperature was cold. According to Udorović, Sofić “turned something over” and hit him with a piece of wood. He managed to strike Sofić in the neck, sending him sliding down the slope into the river. Initially, he intended to save Sofić, but eventually returned to Bojanin’s apartment and confessed to the crime. He stated that Peševska told him to remain silent because she would face a long prison sentence. Additionally, he admitted that Peševska had cleaned the blood-stained clothes and helped him prepare the car for transfer under false pretenses. Peševska, however, gave a different account to investigators. She claimed that Udorović arrived at her home with Sofić, bringing several beer packages. They consumed alcohol and engaged in drug use, with Udorović giving Sofić some tablets that Sofić did not take. She said that Udorović told her he would kill Sofić, incapacitate him, and “resolve” the issue so that he could obtain the car. She also claimed that Udorović gave Sofić more to drink, leading to his loss of consciousness. At one point, both men left the apartment, and around 7:40 p.m., Udorović returned, telling her that he had “resolved” the man and left behind bloodied clothing for her to clean. He then began preparing the BMW as if it were his own. Peševska reportedly told him to keep quiet about everything. Both individuals are currently facing legal consequences. Udorović, already detained in the investigative custody, faces a potential lengthy prison sentence. Peševska, on the other hand, is defending herself from freedom, with prosecutors seeking a sentence of one year and eight months in prison. As the investigation continues, the fate of Bojana Peševska remains uncertain, with authorities urging anyone with information to come forward.
