She revealed that the show, which aired over three decades ago, was watched by an astonishing 180 million viewers worldwide, an achievement that has recently resurfaced in discussions about her legacy. The series, produced by Turkey's national broadcaster TRT, told the story of a tragic love affair set in the 19th century.
