Twenty-two artists from nine countries worked on their projects over eight days and presented their results. The event emphasized change as a continuous process, examining historical developments and current societal challenges, while acknowledging both progress and uncertainty associated with change. Participants included three writers, with an equal number of men and women from nine nations. Organizers highlighted the international expansion of the network, supported by both public funding and private sponsors. The symposium has attracted around 400 artists from 48 countries since its inception, making it unique in Europe.
