V nekaterih primerih so bile izražene zaskrbljenosti glede možnih manipulacij in političnih interese.

24ur (POP TV)IndependentCenter10 days ago Matoz on tougher treatment of migrants and the resignation of MužnićInterior Minister Franci Matoz discussed plans for stricter border control between Slovenia and Croatia during the summer holidays, including removing police from border crossings due to ineffective current controls. He explained that illegal border crossings occur mainly at the 'green border,' and the new measures aim to ease traffic flow on overcrowded roads. The Migration Pact, effective since June, introduces stricter rules, with the State Chamber having passed a law enabling biometric identification of migrants. Matoz emphasized an end to 'social tourism' and stated the country would actively return those entering illegally who do not meet refugee criteria. Regarding Darko Muženič's resignation as head of the National Investigative Office (NPU), Matoz denied rumors of coercion, stating it was Muženič's personal decision. Muženič applied for a position at the Police Academy and was selected. Matoz believes he can use his experience there while the NPU continues under new leadership. On the establishment of the new agency Skok, Matoz noted it is currently being aligned by the Ministry of Justice. He suggested the Anti-Corruption Commission could focus on integrity rather than反腐.
Bias read (Center): The article presents factual information about government policies, legal changes, and personnel decisions without overtly favoring any side. It includes direct quotes from officials and explains both the proposed measures and their rationale, maintaining neutrality in tone and content.
