Jandroković: The ruling majority is stable, opposition obstructions fail

President of the Croatian Parliament Gordan Jandroković stated after the conclusion of a session that the ruling majority remained stable, and attempts by opposition groups to obstruct proceedings were unsuccessful. Speaking to media following the end of the session, Jandroković highlighted the productivity and efficiency of the parliament during the spring part of the session. He noted that a large number of laws, decisions, and reports had been passed, all aimed at benefiting citizens and the economy. According to Jandroković, the parliamentary majority was solid, as evidenced by all the votes held, and all planned decisions were successfully implemented. The session, described as one of the most extensive and intense in this legislative term, saw the passage of numerous legislative proposals. Jandroković emphasized that despite efforts by the opposition to disrupt proceedings and claim space for themselves, these attempts did not lead to instability within the governing coalition. In fact, he added, the coalition grew stronger, increasing its support base from 76 to 79 members who back the government.
