The exhibition 40404 Future Not Found opens the 12th edition of the project In Counterpoint

The article announces the opening of the exhibition '404 Future Not Found' by Sebastian Vojvoda as part of the 12th edition of the interdisciplinary art project 'U kontrapunktu', themed around 'Modern Suprematism'. The exhibition will take place on August 28 at the Decumanus Gallery in Krk, starting at 8 PM. The event will be introduced by curator Luisa Ritoša, who is also the author of texts in the shared catalog of two exhibition sections. In addition to Vojvoda's exhibition, the project includes the exhibition 'Placeholders' by Nenad Jalšovc, scheduled from September 11 to 24. The project brings together artists from different approaches, poetic styles, media, and disciplines, focusing on themes such as bureaucratic spaces, video game aesthetics, power structures, and references to Malevich, Jürgen Knifer, and minimalist concepts from the 1960s. Ritoša highlights that the work centers on the aesthetic of 8-bit arcade graphics, which serves as a stylistic framework for conceptual content.
