The local inspection authority in Sremskih Karlovca banned the screening of the documentary film 'Tura do Strazbura' in the pedestrian zone at the city center. The police and staff from the municipal enterprise were present to prevent the installation of equipment. Despite this, the screening was eventually held in the premises of the Citizens' Council rather than the central area. Suzana Stojaković from the Citizens' Council explained that the event was planned as a gathering with students and the film screening. She mentioned that authorities informed them they could not proceed due to potential restrictions on equipment. Supporters of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) had also gathered, displaying a banner reading 'students win.' The film documents a cycling trip by a group of students who traveled 1,400 kilometers to Strasbourg to deliver a letter to European officials.
