The selection process used 19 criteria, including growth, innovation, and internationalization, rather than focusing solely on financial metrics. Slovenia serves as a pilot market for this initiative, which aims to expand across Europe. Experts at the event argued that Europe's challenge lies not in a lack of innovation or resources but in failing to connect talent, capital, and infrastructure effectively.
