Shocking photos of boyfriend Hayden Panettiere before his arrest at a restaurant.

Brian Hickerson, the former partner of late actress Hayden Panettiere, was photographed by TMZ sitting barefoot under a restaurant table in West Hollywood shortly before his 2025 arrest in Los Angeles. The images show him crouched beneath the table, with a deputy sheriff standing nearby. According to sources, Hickerson entered the Barney’s Beanery restaurant and appeared to be under the influence, acting erratically and reportedly breaking a glass at the bar. His behavior escalated when he allegedly threw one of his shoes at another patron, prompting staff to ask him to leave. When he refused, employees called the police, who had difficulty removing him from the restaurant. Following the incident, prosecutors declined to file charges due to lack of evidence. However, four days later, Hickerson was arrested again, this time for being under the influence of substances. He attended ten meetings with Alcoholics Anonymous before his case was dismissed. The owner of Barney’s Beanery stated that Hickerson was not permanently banned from the restaurant but was barred from entering at least three bars in South Carolina due to prior incidents. Hickerson was with Panettiere on August 16, 2025
