Two men have been sent to prison by a judge in Bogotá after being accused of murdering a driver working for a digital transportation platform. Assad Kenay Assad El Hawari Márquez and Snaider José Armas Pérez were presented before a judge of guarantees and ordered to serve time in custody pending trial. A prosecutor from the Life Unit of the Bogotá Section formally charged the two men with homicide, aggravated theft, and the manufacture, trafficking, carrying, or possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition.
