65 traffic accidents in 24 hours in Kosovo, one fatal
The police of Kosovo reported traffic accident statistics for the past 24 hours, during which dozens of accidents occurred and 1,836 fines were issued for traffic violations. According to the police report, one fatal accident was recorded, 28 accidents resulted in injuries, and 36 other incidents caused only material damage. As part of road safety activities, the police issued a total of 1,836 traffic tickets to drivers who violated legal regulations. The report also states that 27 people were arrested for various criminal offenses, with 18 of them being detained by competent authorities and one placed under probation.
