According to the indictment, Pavić and Franekić used funds from Mikado to pay for private work, furnishings, and equipment, which ultimately ended up at other addresses. The total damage, according to the indictment, amounts to 761,146.84 kuna, or approximately 101,021.55 euros. Today, Ela Mihovilović Brkić, a civil engineer and court expert, testified, describing the project’s management and Pavić’s role differently from what Natalija Oštarijaš previously stated. Oštarijaš claimed that Pavić intervened in the project independently and that the final result did not match investor approval.
