Sixteen Romanian police officers involved in locating and capturing French drug trafficker Mohamed Amra were decorated by French authorities during a ceremony at the French Embassy in Bucharest, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Amra, known as 'Musca,' had escaped from a French prison in a dramatic incident that resulted in two guards being killed and three others seriously injured. His capture was celebrated by French authorities, including President Emmanuel Macron, who called it a 'formidable success.'
