During a weekend crackdown on drunk driving in Cyberabad, the Traffic Police apprehended 182 motorists. Of these, 154 were on two-wheelers, seven on three-wheelers, 20 on four-wheelers, and one operating a heavy vehicle. Blood alcohol concentration tests revealed 149 had levels between 36 mg/100 ml and 200 mg/100 ml, 25 between 201 mg/100 ml and 300 mg/100 ml, and eight between 301 mg/100 ml and 550 mg/100 ml. All offenders will appear in court. Additionally, 308 drunk-driving cases were resolved by courts in the past week, with 301 receiving fines, seven facing fines and social service, and one getting a fine and imprisonment.
