Construction took nearly a year, with Sandro working alone, manually carrying buckets and compressing the earth. The result is excellent thermal comfort, maintaining stable indoor temperatures regardless of external conditions. Additional features include an underground food storage facility, a drainage system, and a green roof with native plants enhancing insulation and aesthetics.
