CAB decided to retry a case that Diana Buzoianu had won against RA-APPS: It is not normal to criticize justice
Diana Buzoianu, the interim Minister of Environment and a member of the USR party, announced that the Bucharest Court of Appeal has decided to re-examine a case she won against RA-APPS, which was required to publish lists of protocol properties and rental contracts. Buzoianu argues that this decision does not align with legal provisions for rejudicating cases and criticizes the judicial system for taking years to decide whether such lists should be made public. She notes that RA-APPS has gained an additional two years of non-disclosure of property lists. Buzoianu sarcastically comments that it is 'perfectly normal' for the justice system to take years to make decisions regarding the publication of property lists purchased with public funds.
