The Concrete Truck Dragged on the Dry

A car that had fallen off a bridge over the Þjórsá river near the Sultartangavirkjun power plant was retrieved today. The vehicle had been submerged in the river but was recovered after water flow in the channel was stopped by Landsvirkjun, the national power company. It took approximately one and a half hours to retrieve the car using a crane. The bridge remains closed until repairs are completed.

Bias read (Center): The article reports on a technical incident involving infrastructure and emergency recovery efforts. There is no evident ideological framing, and the focus is on factual details such as the retrieval process, involvement of Landsvirkjun, and the closure of the bridge. No political commentary or bias
