AP EAPCET result 2026: Know result time and how to check rank card

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced that the results for the AP EAMCET 2026 entrance examination are expected to be released on June 30. This announcement comes as part of the ongoing admissions process for undergraduate programs in Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy. The results will be made available through the official AP EAMCET portal, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in, allowing candidates to access their scorecards and rank cards online.

The AP EAMCET 2026 examination was conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada, over several days in May. For Engineering courses, the exams were held on May 12, 13, 14, 15, and 18, while the Agriculture and Pharmacy papers took place on May 19 and 20. These tests were designed to assess students' knowledge in relevant subjects and determine their eligibility for admission into higher education programs.

Once the results are declared, candidates will be able to download their scorecards by visiting the AP EAMCET portal. To access the results, they will need to log in using their registration number, hall ticket number, date of birth, and a displayed CAPTCHA code. Upon successful login, the scorecard will be displayed on the screen, which can then be printed or saved for future reference. The scorecard includes essential information such as the candidate’s name, roll number, parents’ names, category, subject-wise scores, and the total marks obtained.

Qualification criteria for ranking have also been outlined. General category candidates must achieve at least 25 percent of the total marks, which equates to 40 out of 160, to be considered for ranking. There is no specified minimum qualifying mark for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories. The final ranking is determined using a weighted scoring system where 75 percent of the points come from the AP EAMCET performance and 25 percent from the marks obtained in the Intermediate examination.

Those who meet the qualifying marks will be eligible for the counseling process, which begins immediately after the result release. The counseling process involves several steps, including online registration, payment of the counseling fee, document verification, selection of preferred colleges and courses, and the final allocation of seats. Candidates who successfully secure a rank will be guided through this process to ensure they get admitted to their chosen institution.

For those who do not meet the qualifying marks, they will not be issued a rank and will not be eligible to participate in the counseling process. It is important for all candidates to carefully review their scorecards and reach out to the APSCHE authorities if they notice any discrepancies in the information provided.
